Solar lighting along the road and common areas, with drainage.
Greenery and cultivation
Greenery, seating, and coffee / spice cultivation options remain part of the concept.
Current status: vacant land; amenities are proposed. Final areas, land use, approvals, building footprints, services and resort participation terms require confirmation. Cottages and private pools on individual plots are additional.
